We work out of two offices, one in Austin, Texas, and another in London, UK.
As we scale we're really into face-to-face time and all aim to be in an office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We intentionally keep our headcount low, so spend more time optimizing our hiring process than our size suggests. We optimize for speed, to help you understand life at Modo Energy and in the role you're applying for, and for us to understand how you do your best work.
